Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with business objectives for 2026 and beyond
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, Web3.0) to identify competitive advantages
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and investors
- Manage a $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused prioritization
- Collaborate with academic institutions and research labs on cutting-edge R&D
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and innovation success metrics
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or corporate R&D
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain)
- Experience scaling tech teams in high-growth environments
- Executive presentation skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or strategy
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Innovation Management preferred
