Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum AI, neural interfaces, sustainable tech)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members
- Manage innovation portfolios with $5M+ annual R&D budgets
- Establish partnerships with leading research institutions and startups
- Author thought leadership pieces on future technology trends
- Mentor junior strategists in emerging technology assessment frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record in launching future-focused products (quantum/AI/neurotech experience)
- Deep understanding of exponential technology trends (blockchain, biotech, AGI)
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Experience managing cross-functional global teams
- Strong presentation and executive communication skills
- Published research or patents in emerging technology fields
