- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Drive strategic partnerships with startups, academia, and Fortune 500 companies
- Present technology visions to C-suite executives and board members
- Mentor innovation teams and cultivate a culture of experimental learning
- Secure and manage R&D budgets exceeding $10M annually
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership, with proven impact on 3+ major product launches
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with specialization in emerging tech
