Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market evolution and regulatory landscapes

Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record scaling tech ventures from concept to commercialization
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering or related field
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, IEEE) or equivalent patents
