- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market forecasts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory shifts affecting technology adoption
- Manage innovation pipeline with focus on scalable, ethical implementations

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven experience forecasting tech trends 3-5 years ahead
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong business acumen with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Published thought leadership in tech strategy or innovation
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformations
