Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Analyze emerging tech disruptions to identify strategic opportunities
- Present findings to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Manage innovation portfolio with $5M+ annual R&D budget
- Collaborate with academic institutions on joint research initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain)
- Proven track record of launching innovative products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong financial acumen for budgeting ROI analysis
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Innovation Management preferred
