Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, Web3) and forecast their business impact through 2026
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps aligned with long-term strategic objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in evaluating and integrating next-gen innovations
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify first-mover advantages
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-backed insights
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and tech incubators
- Mentor junior strategists and foster innovation culture across departments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy, product development, or innovation management
- Proven track record of implementing emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, or quantum computing
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Strong executive communication and presentation abilities
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
- Certification in technology management or strategic planning (e.g., CTO Academy, TOGAF)
