Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026 technology roadmap aligned with market trends and organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions in AI ethics, quantum applications, and neurotech interfaces
- Analyze emerging technologies (AGI, synthetic biology, quantum computing) for commercial viability and competitive disruption
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to pioneer breakthrough innovations
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build and mentor a specialized future-tech scouting team
- Author thought leadership publications on technological convergence and societal impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with demonstrated impact on future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, biotech, Web3.0)
- Proven track record of translating complex technical concepts into executable business strategies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
