Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year technology roadmaps aligning with emerging market trends and scientific breakthroughs
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for AI ethics, quantum applications, and climate tech
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with potential commercial viability post-2026
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future-focused strategies into corporate vision
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and scenario-based analyses
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term technological impact and ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or emerging technology consulting
- Proven track record in developing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, biotech, or climate tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and investor communities
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic planning preferred
