Responsibilities

- Establish strategic partnerships with academia, startups, and industry leaders
- Present technology visions and recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Design governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and responsible innovation
- Drive organizational culture of continuous learning and technological experimentation
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with measurable ROI on pilot projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies from concept to commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AGI, biotech, etc.)
- Executive-level presentation skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism or innovation management
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., Google Cloud AI, AWS Quantum)
