Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligning with business objectives and market forecasts
- Lead cross-functional workshops with engineering, product, and marketing teams to align innovation priorities
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis to identify technological gaps and first-mover advantages
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives with data-driven impact assessments
- Monitor regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies to ensure compliance
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups to scout disruptive innovations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused technology roadmaps in Fortune 500 environments
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, quantum)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
