- Develop and execute multi-year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead innovation workshops with C-suite executives to identify strategic opportunities
- Establish KPIs to measure technology adoption impact on revenue and operational efficiency
- Monitor competitor tech investments and regulatory developments affecting innovation
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders with compelling data-driven narratives
- Manage R&D partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and driving commercialization
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, etc.)
- Strong quantitative skills with proficiency in data analysis and scenario modeling
- Experience developing innovation frameworks and managing tech incubators
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology management preferred
- Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
