- Partner with C-suite to align tech strategy with business objectives and investor expectations
- Manage a portfolio of innovation projects from ideation to market launch
- Represent the company at global tech forums and thought leadership events
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Expertise in emerging technologies and their commercial applications
- Proven track record of launching disruptive tech products/services
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business (PhD/MBA preferred)
- Exceptional analytical, strategic planning, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with scenario planning and future forecasting methodologies
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., INNOVA) a plus
