Responsibilities
- Architect comprehensive technology strategy for 2026-2030 horizon
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, AGI, neurotech, sustainable tech)
- Develop implementation roadmaps for enterprise-scale innovation
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering
- Establish KPIs for measuring strategic technology adoption
- Manage $10M+ innovation portfolio allocation
- Present strategic frameworks to executive leadership and board
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Proven track record of executing multi-year tech roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Experience in Fortune 500 or high-growth tech environment
- Strong financial acumen for innovation portfolio management
