Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, blockchain, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching scalable tech innovations with measurable impact
- Executive-level communication skills with experience presenting to boards and investors
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on future studies
- Portfolio demonstrating technology forecasting and roadmap implementation
- Certifications in Agile/Scrum, TOGAF, or innovation management preferred
