Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and develop strategic implementation roadmaps for 2026 market leadership
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams to prototype disruptive solutions
- Establish partnerships with Silicon Valley startups, academic institutions, and global tech consortiums
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and investors
- Design scalable frameworks for ethical tech adoption and regulatory compliance in emerging domains
- Mentor junior strategists and build an internal innovation lab focused on next-generation capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years experience in corporate innovation, tech consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough technologies to market
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, quantum computing)
- Certified in Technology Strategy (CTS) or Innovation Management (CIM)
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite boards and investor forums
- Portfolio demonstrating successful tech transformation initiatives
