- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year adoption potential
- Architect scalable frameworks for ethical AI deployment and human-machine collaboration
- Drive innovation workshops and hackathons to cultivate breakthrough thinking
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Partner with R&D to accelerate commercialization of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech roles
- Proven track record in implementing future-focused initiatives (e.g., AI transformation, Web3 integration)
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Strong background in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, advanced AI, or neurotech
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams in matrix organizations
- Published thought leadership in future tech (whitepapers, patents, or keynotes)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
