Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI)
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
- Strong background in ethical AI development and governance frameworks
