Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology strategy aligned with 2026 market projections
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI/ML, Web3, biotech) for commercial viability
- Lead innovation workshops with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes
- Drive digital transformation initiatives across enterprise divisions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or venture capital
- Proven track record of launching future-facing tech products
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR)
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or conferences
- Experience scaling teams in high-growth environments
- Portfolio of 3+ technology commercialization case studies
