Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Strategy, aligning long-term goals with business objectives.
- Lead the research and pilot programs for cutting-edge technologies (AI, Blockchain, IoT).
- Oversee the modernization of legacy systems to ensure scalability and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and product development.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and adaptability.
- Present technical roadmaps and progress to executive stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or product management.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact technical initiatives and defining roadmaps.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Infrastructure.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage diverse teams.
- Experience in navigating ambiguity and making strategic decisions in fast-paced environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
