Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define the long-term technological roadmap for Nexus Future Labs, specifically targeting milestones and innovations relevant to the 2026 era.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on emerging tech trends, including Generative AI, Spatial Computing, and Decentralized Systems, to identify viable business opportunities.
- R&D Leadership: Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to prototype and validate future-facing technologies.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technological visions to executive leadership and investors, translating abstract concepts into tangible business value.
- Partnerships: Identify and cultivate partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and research labs to stay ahead of the curve.
- Product Integration: Oversee the seamless integration of future tech into current product ecosystems to drive user engagement and retention.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or R&D leadership within a Fortune 500 or high-growth tech environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD is a strong plus.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of current and upcoming technologies (AI/ML, Blockchain, IoT, Edge Computing) and their commercial applications.
- Visionary Mindset: Proven track record of anticipating industry shifts and successfully pivoting business strategies to capitalize on them.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders with high persuasion skills.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience in managing diverse teams and fostering a culture of innovation and experimentation.
