- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers for collaborative research
- Translate emerging trends (quantum AI, neuromorphic computing, sustainable tech) into actionable business strategies
- Oversee budget allocation for experimental projects with 5-10 year impact horizons
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Mentor technical talent in emerging domains and foster an experimental culture
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or sustainable technology ecosystems
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough products/services
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding or venture capital
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and regulatory landscapes
- Published research or patents in future technology domains
- Exceptional strategic communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
