Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology innovation strategy aligned with market trends and company vision.
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying, prototyping, and scaling breakthrough technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech integration).
- Establish partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry leaders to accelerate innovation pipelines.
- Conduct horizon scanning to evaluate emerging technologies for competitive advantage and market disruption.
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, incubation programs, and open innovation challenges.
- Present strategic roadmaps and investment proposals to C-suite executives and board members.
- Mentor talent in emerging technology domains and build next-generation innovation capabilities.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management; PhD preferred.
- 10+ years in technology leadership with proven track record in emerging tech adoption.
- Deep expertise in at least three of: AI/ML, quantum computing, advanced robotics, neurotech, or synthetic biology.
- Experience leading innovation labs or R&D divisions at Fortune 500 or high-growth startups.
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable plans.
- Strong network in tech innovation ecosystems (VCs, research institutions, accelerators).
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, IXL) or technology strategy (e.g., CTO Academy).
