Responsibilities

- Lead cross-disciplinary R&D initiatives in neuromorphic computing and biointegrated tech
- Develop ethical governance models for autonomous systems and generative AI
- Prototype decentralized infrastructure for Web3.0 and metaverse ecosystems
- Translate theoretical breakthroughs into production-ready blueprints
- Mentor innovation teams in future-focused development methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent with 8+ years in emerging tech
- Published research in quantum algorithms, neural networks, or cryptography
- Expertise in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit/Cirq)
- Proven track record scaling systems to petabyte-scale data processing
- Deep understanding of blockchain consensus mechanisms and zero-knowledge proofs
- Certification in AI ethics frameworks (IEEE/ISO) or equivalent
- Experience with neuromorphic hardware (IBM TrueNorth, Loihi)
