Qualifications
- 10+ years in advanced technology architecture with 5+ years in emerging tech
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with published quantum/AI research
- Expertise in distributed systems, cryptography, and machine learning frameworks
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade quantum-resistant systems
- Certification in quantum computing (IBM Q, Microsoft Quantum) or equivalent
- Experience securing $5M+ technology innovation grants or venture funding
- Deep understanding of ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST standards)
- Published white papers on future technology adoption patterns
