Responsibilities

- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with global market trends
- Collaborate with C-suite executives on strategic technology investments
- Research and prototype emerging technologies (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology)
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile innovation methodologies

Qualifications
- 10+ years in enterprise architecture or R&D leadership
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI, or blockchain systems

- Experience with ISO 27001 and NIST frameworks
