Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience

- Published work in IEEE Nature or Science journals
- Expertise in federated learning and edge computing
- Proficiency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming
- Experience with DARPA or NASA projects
