Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology R&D with proven impact on future-facing projects
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum, bio-integration, or decentralized systems
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams
- Proficiency in futures forecasting frameworks (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Demonstrated ability to secure multi-million dollar R&D budgets
