Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, or Bioengineering + 5+ years R&D leadership
- Published work in quantum computing or synthetic biology (Nature/Science journals)
- Expertise in federated learning and edge AI architectures
- Proven track record of scaling lab innovations to commercial products
- Security clearance (DoD/NSA) or equivalent background checks
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages
