Responsibilities
- Research and prototype next-gen technologies (quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology) for 2026 market readiness
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineers, designers, and futurists
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging tech adoption across industries
- Collaborate with MIT/Stanford labs on cutting-edge R&D initiatives
- Present disruptive concepts to C-suite executives and venture partners
- Patent novel methodologies and publish in IEEE/Nature journals
Qualifications
- Masters/PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Biomedical Engineering
- 5+ years in R&D or emerging tech at FAANG or similar
- Portfolio of shipped innovations (patents, prototypes, or products)
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic chips, or biohybrid systems
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping
- Published research or conference presentations at premier events
