Responsibilities
- Architect 2026-ready technology roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives for next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Develop predictive models for technology adoption and market disruption
- Partner with global innovation labs to prototype 5-year-forward solutions
- Advise C-suite on emerging tech risks and opportunities post-2025
- Drive sustainability initiatives in tech lifecycle design
- Mentor teams in future-proofing methodologies and adaptive innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, biotech)
- Published research or proven track record in future-tech forecasting
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment
- Proficiency in system thinking and complex adaptive systems
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ years of technology innovation leadership
