Responsibilities
- Architect and prototype next-gen technology solutions targeting 2026 market readiness
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing AI-driven sustainable systems and ethical frameworks
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Secure and manage strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for C-suite executives
- Develop and maintain technology roadmaps aligned with global sustainability goals
- Mentor junior innovators through our Future Tech Accelerator program
- Present breakthrough innovations at global tech summits and publish in peer-reviewed journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of shipping at least two breakthrough technologies in quantum/AI/biotech domains
- Expertise in at least three emerging technologies: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or synthetic biology
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation principles
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, IEEE) or equivalent industry impact
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience securing $1M+ in R&D funding or venture capital for experimental projects
