Responsibilities
- Lead R&D initiatives for 2026-scale AI systems and quantum-resistant security frameworks
- Architect sustainable tech solutions addressing climate resilience and circular economy models
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype and deploy bleeding-edge technologies
- Drive innovation through patent development and thought leadership in emerging tech trends
- Mentor junior talent while maintaining hands-on technical expertise in core domains

Qualifications
- 10+ years in software engineering, AI/ML, or quantum computing with 3+ years in strategic tech roles
- Expertise in at least one emerging tech domain: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or carbon capture tech
- Proven track record of shipping scalable systems serving 1M+ users or equivalent enterprise impact
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Sustainable Engineering preferred
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation principles
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with portfolio showcasing 2026-relevant projects
- Strong collaboration skills with experience leading technical initiatives
