Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate emerging tech into product roadmaps
- Present strategic technology blueprints to executive stakeholders and investors

- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with commercial potential
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in technology R&D with proven innovation track record
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, etc.)
- Strong background in AI/ML frameworks and ethical AI implementation
- Experience with technology commercialization and product lifecycle management
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or industry white papers
- Proficiency in agile methodologies and rapid prototyping environments
- Demonstrated ability to secure funding for experimental projects
