Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to assess market viability and strategic alignment
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026 implementation with measurable KPIs
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future technology adoption
- Identify and mitigate technological risks while capitalizing on disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives with data-driven insights
- Build and maintain relationships with innovation labs, research institutions, and tech partners
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic pivots
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing future-focused tech roadmaps for 5+ year horizons
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management experience
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business preferred
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE, CIPM) highly desirable
