Responsibilities

- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscaping for emerging technologies
- Mentor innovation teams and drive culture of rapid prototyping
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board of directors
- Secure $10M+ annual R&D budget through compelling business cases
Qualifications
- 15+ years experience in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record scaling enterprise-level tech innovations
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-level stakeholders
