- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate forward-thinking initiatives into core business strategy
- Manage innovation pipeline from concept validation to market deployment
- Represent company at global tech forums and thought leadership summits
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile methodologies and future-proofing techniques
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record in launching future-oriented products/services
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, IoT, blockchain, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., CIMP) or strategic foresight
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
