Responsibilities
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) with 2026 adoption potential
- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology integration across business units
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive leadership
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Establish KPIs to measure technology readiness and ROI for 2026 initiatives
- Drive innovation workshops to foster cross-functional ideation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption planning
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, IoT, blockchain, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and boards
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
- Portfolio of implemented technology transformation projects
