Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI, quantum, and biotech integrations
- Conduct competitive analysis in emerging tech sectors (Web4, metaverse, decentralized systems)
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Manage innovation sprints with $2M+ annual R&D budget for 2026 initiatives
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford research labs on cutting-edge pilot programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven 2020+ roadmap execution
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Track record of scaling technologies from concept to market leadership
- Strong financial modeling skills for $50M+ technology investments
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals preferred
- Certification in Strategic Innovation Management (SIM) or equivalent
