Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum solutions from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in tech ethics frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Strong network with DARPA, IEEE, and leading quantum research institutes
- Published author in top-tier tech journals (Nature, Science, IEEE Spectrum)
- Certified in Futures Thinking (WFS) and Technology Architecture (TOGAF)
