Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize emerging technologies with transformative potential for 2026
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AI governance frameworks, and climate-positive innovations
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify disruption opportunities in emerging tech sectors
- Partner with product teams to translate strategic insights into actionable development priorities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and innovation portfolio performance
- Monitor global tech policy developments and regulatory shifts affecting future tech ecosystems
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation (MBA preferred)
- Proven track record developing technology roadmaps for 3-5 year horizons
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, generative AI, or sustainable tech
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to C-level audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology forecasting (e.g., CFTE, Foresight Practitioner)
