Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology innovation roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, synthetic biology) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate technological possibilities into actionable product strategies
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape research to secure first-mover advantages
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Manage innovation pipeline from ideation to prototype validation with R&D teams
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/biotech experience essential)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Deep understanding of global tech ecosystems and venture capital landscape
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., Foresight Practitioner) or innovation management
