Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future solutions
- Present strategic insights to investors, board members, and industry conferences
- Build and manage a global network of technology pioneers and academic institutions
- Quantify ROI projections for emerging technology investments
- Drive adoption of sustainable and ethical innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or clean tech
- Exceptional financial modeling and market analysis capabilities
