Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps aligned with business objectives and future trends
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify high-impact opportunities and prioritize R&D initiatives
- Partner with engineering teams to prototype and validate future-facing concepts
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and investors
- Monitor global tech policy/regulatory shifts affecting future deployment landscapes
- Build relationships with academic institutions and innovation labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products or initiatives
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their commercial applications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Exceptional analytical and strategic planning skills with data-driven decision-making
- Strong presentation and communication skills for diverse audiences
- Certification in innovation management or technology forecasting preferred
