Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) to develop 3-5 year strategic roadmaps
- Lead market research and competitive intelligence for next-gen technologies
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Develop implementation frameworks for integrating emerging technologies into core business operations
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry thought leaders
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech analysis
- Proven track record of developing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong data analytics and market research capabilities with strategic thinking
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to operate in ambiguous environments
