Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4, AGI, neural interfaces) to identify market opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford research labs on pilot projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, product innovation, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough technologies
- Expertise in AI/ML frameworks, quantum computing principles, or neurotech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
