Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps targeting 2026-2030 market opportunities
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neuro interfaces) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technical capabilities with future market demands
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions in our Silicon Valley Innovation Center
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory shifts affecting future adoption landscapes
- Build and mentor a high-performance innovation team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or emerging tech innovation
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized emerging technology products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong financial modeling skills for ROI projection of futuristic initiatives
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Experience with agile development in experimental environments
- Published thought leadership in future-tech publications
