Responsibilities

- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions addressing climate resilience and digital equity
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape reviews in emerging tech domains
- Present technology visions to investors, board members, and industry consortiums
- Manage cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and futurists
- Establish ethical frameworks for AI and automation deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with demonstrated impact on future-facing initiatives
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or bio-integrated systems
- Proven track record of developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or major industry conferences
- Experience leading global innovation teams across 3+ continents
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
