Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives

- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough technologies with 5-10 year commercialization potential
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members using data-driven insights
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and global R&D centers
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Mentor junior strategists in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 scale
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization (blockchain, AR/VR, neurotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong financial modeling skills for tech investment evaluation
