Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps for emerging domains (quantum, bio-AI, metaverse)
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies with $1B+ market potential
- Lead innovation incubation programs with C-suite stakeholders
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive intelligence analysis
- Architect ethical frameworks for next-generation AI systems
- Secure strategic partnerships with leading research institutions
- Present technology forecasts to executive boards and investors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI ethics
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Prior work with Fortune 500 technology roadmapping
- Publish record in peer-reviewed innovation journals
